Welcome to Imperial Draft Horses & Drum Horses! We are a family-run horse facility on 30 acres in south west Iowa. We own and train a variety of large draft horse breeds. We also selectively breed a small number of quality Drum horses, draft horses and draft crosses and occasionally have foals for sale. Our Philosophy
First and foremost we are horse lovers; horses are part of our family. Our horses get good feed, hoof and veterinary care. In return, our horses are very sociable, well-handled and love interaction with people. They live at pasture all year round in a herd situation, with access to shelter, clean water and stalls if needed.
Although we don't broker horses, we sometimes raise a few select foals. We will only sell a horse to a home where it will be cared for and well looked after. We offer a 30 day money back guarantee because we want you to be completely happy with your new equine partner.
